Fox Fire grew out of an old northern story filtered through a modern ear. I kept the arrangement spare and airy, letting harp and violin hover like charged particles rather than traditional accompaniment. This piece sits alongside Aurora and Northern Lights as part of my long-running aurora cycle, where folklore, atmosphere, and physics quietly overlap. Each song listens to the sky from a different angle, but all of them come from the same fascination with moving light and deep cold silence.
