We hope this song reminds you to welcome family and friends to your table. Thanksgiving and Christmas can be beautiful holidays where we all get together. It can also be very painful when we have lost loved ones who won't be there this year. For many it's a time of stress knowing you are going to be with family members you may not get along with or have many differences with whether it's politics, religion, or beliefs What if we could create a table where everyone was welcome especially when we don't see eye to eye. What if you called your parent or sibling or friend you haven't talked to and just apologized or forgave them and reconciled? We know there are relationships that can't be salvaged or may not be safe to be in, but if pride is the only thing separating us what would it mean to show mercy, grace, forgiveness, and love like Jesus did for this world?
