In true murder ballad style, “Old Oak Tree” tells the story of Andrew’s grandfather and his life experiences in the old days. Channeling the energy of a fleeting reaction to being scorned in love, Chris intends “She Ain’t Comin’” to shine as a first step to anyone experiencing doubt about the value of their life. The West beckons in “Sagebrush and Redrock,” a song about the inspiration and destiny of a promised land.
